How do I return or exchange an item?

Most purchases are covered by the CCR (Consumer Contracts Regulations). You have 14 days in which to cancel your order for any reason. You will need to pay to return the item to us. If you wish to cancel an order please let us know here.

Most items come with a 28 day return policy. If you wish to arrange a refund or exchange please get in touch here.

We will provide instructions on how and where to return your item and issue a returns number. Please quote your order number in all correspondence to us.

There are some items that can not be returned as follows:

Personalised products that have your specific details included such as names, dates etc. You can return these items if they are faulty, we will inspect them and replace any faulty component.

In the event an item you receive is faulty to please let us know as soon as possible with details of the issue. We will arrange for you to return the item so we can inspect it and replace it. Where items are returned due to a fault we will reimburse your return shipping costs.
